The first Saturday in December was our ward's Breakfast with Santa. It was really fun. We got to eat some yummy breakfast casserole while we watched some of the primary kids do a program. At the end of the program, we all started to sing jingle bells. Our awesome song brought us a surprise...Santa Claus!
We were thinking that Vanessa wouldn't want to sit on Santa's lap due to her previous experience last week but she surprised us both. She was so excited to see him while waiting in line and kept reciting what she wanted. When we got up to see Santa, she hopped right on his lap and told him that she wanted a Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip doll. Owen also got to sit on his lap and he didn't even cry! We were able to get a great picture of us all (Vanessa even smiled). Christmas is so much more fun with kids! We are super excited for this Christmas and seeing the kids' excitement!. What a fun and special time of the year!

After sitting on Santa's lap, we got a picture of some of Vanessa's friends with their candy canes. We have some super cute little girls in our ward who are just so much fun!
