When nap time comes around and Vanessa starts yawing she will say to me, "I'm not tired, Mom. I don't need to take a nap." So I let her play for a bit more until she is so tired that I can lay her down without fighting me or until I find her asleep on the floor.
I found her by our DVD shelf the other day curled up holding Anastasia.
And today I found her on the front room floor holding a pen. She had fallen asleep while coloring. The funny thing was that she would move her hand back and forth like she was still trying to color while sleeping. Silly Vanessa.
